Summer Performance Academies
Tim will be running a number of performance academies during the summer holidays. Attendance is by invitiation only and numbers will be limited to it is
recommended that you book early to reserve your place. More information including a printable application form can be found
here.
Junior Night
Junior Nights are on Mondays and run from the 21st April until 15th September.
Beginners and Improvers who are 7 years or older (on 1st May
) are welcome from 5.15pm - 6.15pm.
Advanced Players and invited Intermediates are welcome from 6.30pm - 8.00pm.
Tim and/or a tennis assistant will be in attendance at these sessions but we still need parents to help supervise the children and help behind the bar.
Please could you let Clare know if you can spare an hour or so on Monday nights.
** JUNIORS ARE NOT PERMITTED TO PLAY AT THE CLUB AFTER 6PM ON TUESDAY EVENINGS **
Junior Coaching
Group and individual coaching is available all year round for players of all abilities. A 12 week group coaching course consisting of twelve one hour lessons
costs £66 for juniors. Squad sessions are also held, by invitation, on Saturdays, Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays.
Tim will advise which session is appropriate for your level of play.
** PLEASE COULD PARENTS LET TIM KNOW IF YOUR CHILD CANNOT ATTEND A LESSON SINCE TIM ARRANGES FOR THE CORRECT NUMBER
OF ASSISTANT COACHES TO HELP WITH THE GROUPS **
Tennis Camps
Tennis camps are fun by Tim and his assistants during the school holidays and are suitable for players of all abilities. Activities on offer include coaching,
match play, team tennis and mini tennis. This year the older, more experienced players will be invited to attend an afternoon camp. The dates of these camps can be
found in the Event Calendar section of the website and run from 9.30am - 12.30pm.
Teams
Teams from the club are entered into the Junior League, the Dorking & Leatherhead League, the Little League, the National Junior Club League and the Mini Tennis League.
We do depend on parent volunteers to organise and run these teams so if you are chosen to play in a team then ask your Mum or Dad to put themselves forward to help.
TournamentsThe club host a number of internal and open tournaments.
Most of the internal tournaments can be found in the Event Calendar section of the website, however if you wish to
enter into open tournaments that are hosted at other clubs, please contact Tim or Clare to obtain entry forms.
Mini Tennis
Redhill Lawn Tennis Club is a MINI TENNIS PRIORITY CLUB with Mini Tennis coaching held on Saturday, Monday and Wednesday at a cost of £54.00 for a 12 week course
(This course will consist of twelve 45 minute sessions). Mini tennis information sheets are available in the clubhouse or if you can't make it down to the club then
please contact Tim or Simone for further information.
